This event is really good, and even better because I love summer, but I expected better. First of all they end really fast, and turns out that its not even collaborative. I hope that they could bring back the Crafters Seed Pack - Grow a Garden

Crafting it required a flower seed pack and took quite a while. It lasted for 2 weeks but during its 2nd week (summer update release), the flower seed pack can now be only be obtained through the summer harvest rewards and it's not even guaranteed every time.
