Chat commands/ Alerts not working

The pics are from a few nights ago but tonight im trying to stream and the only thing appearing on screen is the " Always Shown " images. Usually it takes around 3hrs for this to happen but tonight it was immediately.

Channel Point Redemption

I am currently attempting to build my custom alerts for channel point redemptions. In the alert section i have event based and twitch channel points redemption selected and on custom reward when i click on it, i receive the message; “No rewards that require user input found” My twitch account has over 10 different channel points categories so i don’t understand why they are not showing up and i can’t find a single video or forum to help, this is extremely frustrating so please help me🥲...

overlays

I’ve had premade overlays already to add but they are moving ones so they save as videos, but they won’t let me add to my overlays in overlays expert? My moving face cam web worked but not a BRB screen or Starting soon? Also can I not add like an intro music to the starting soon screen? Just curious...

Timer countdown command

I have a timer nested in a layer that has a chat command. Do I have to use the command !timer 7m to get it to activate or is there away for the message pattern regex to assign !timer 7m to my command word?

Overlay Expert not working, even on desktop

I activated overlay expert, made an overlay, set it as the extension, and it won’t show up on my stream. Googled it and found it will only show on desktop. Not mine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regex for messages

trying to have a message read aloud when someone says a keyword like hi, hello, i want it to only check the first word for the keyword Regex: /\b(hi|suh|sup|hello|hey|greetings|good morning|good afternoon|good evening)\b/i this reads the message weither the hi is the first, last or middle word...

more access required?

I’m being told I need more access required? I’ve accepted the permissions. I’ve created/customized an overlay. Logged into my twitch on the OE website and set them as extensions. And they aren’t appearing on my twitch extensions list on the twitch page. Sorry my computer bugged and died out at the end of the video. Edit: better quality photos/videos in the comments

Layers Lock

A way to lock layers in place, like if you have a background and you lock it, your not able to move it around unless you unlock it again.

New viewer alert

P1 I know the image/alert only shows up for the viewer tho it is not. (on mobile) (through lightstream) and when i click your logo on the twitch app it displays a tab with company name and a white box, which i wouldnt assume i/ viewer would need since im using an embedded stream service R1 Could you make it have an OPTION for it to appear like a normal overlay (for all to see/hear? )...
