MP4 overlays?

Hi friends So I’m just starting out and am wanting to upload all my premade scenes (brb, starting soon, etc) however they’re all .mp4 files which aren’t selectable when I go to upload my images. Do animated images need to be a different file type? Are gifs the only accepted file type and will they play on a loop? Thank you!...

My alerts don't sound and they don't show in stream

Additional access required

After I got affiliate, I keep getting this message no matter how many times I grant access. It says successful but then asks over and over for access. Additional access required To display your Twitch information in your overlay, Overlay Expert requires additional access to your Twitch account. Would you like to grant additional access now?

Sound not working in overlays
