Updated server information page but not approved

Updated urls on our organisations page on the 28th in the morning, now more than 2 days later it is still showing as Approval Status Not Approved. May be subject to review after being made public. My RCON not updateing

I have deleted and reinstalled my second server trying to get the RCON to read my player list. It allows me to see server shutdown and when it comes online but will not update the player list. it will show the amount of players online just not their names in a list. our other servers work.

the problem with the online indicator through the bot

Servers Geo location showing as AU instead of SG.

Server showing a different name (one we did not change) in BM than in our squad server list.

It appears as though someone may have either intentionally or unintentionally changed our server name on BattleMetrics to "Bounty Hunting | BM Please remove this server" This is our #1 server so I am not sure if someone did it intentionally to try to mess us up or not, but if you are able to offer some guidance on how to fix it, that would be great....

Server is not showing the player list

This server hasn't been showing the player list since wipe. Whenever a player is online on this server, it causes their player overview page / server list history to be BLANK. Payment error

Server is outdated info, description, looks dead online but IP and Port are correct

My server used to show updated info, like who was on and what the rank was - everything was fine and even without having an account. My players and admins would periodically check to see who was on or what the rank was but now it shows the title of my server from like 6 months ago, as well as the ranking plummeting and seems to show that no players have been active for months even though I've wiped in June '25 and had lots of activity since. How do I get the site to reconnect to the server to up...

Server Displaying Wrong Country

Quick Ban - help

So if I want to add a quick ban, it automatically fills in the ban reason template of the organization. But it seems that I am unable to edit the Ban Reason in any way.... Any way to fix this??

Trying to set up a Player action to announce certifications which the user has passed

our Unit instructors on arma reforger are wanting to set up player action commands where it automaticly grabs the users username from battlemetrics and then sends the command for a server broadcast (Warn all is the command to announce it using a 3rd party mod) e.g #warnall Congratulations to ######## for getting their Basic Flight Certification! ...
