Is there a VIP slot system
We have tried a reserve slot piece but those allocated in BM. However, if they are in-game it still only reserves a slot
Is there something to create a “VIP” slot on Reforger using BM or some other way?...

BM has a reserved slot feature.
But if the game has a system we suggest using it.
The way BM Reserved slots work is it kicks how ever many slots you want left open, when a player on that list joins BM doesn't kick them.

One of our servers apears twice on BM
Somehow one of our servers got duplicated on BM? Same IP, Same Port, same playercount, same map, different ranking.

Battlemetrics Wipe Time
Hello! i have 10 Servers and at the Wipe Time i added like 16:00 << than because of Timezone its 17:00 German Time. now at the Servers list my Server wiped at 17:00 German Time but battlemetrics say : Next Wipe in 23 MInutes but it wiped already 23 mins ago what i can do for exact time set

Users are exploiting the premium service.
One User purchases Premium, then they can sign / change the linked account - ENDLESSLY and add 10,20 users etc on the one account....
Server IP transfer
I transferred my server to a new IP about 10-14 days ago. Is there a way to transfer my old server to the new IP on battlemetrics, or everything is lost, and I should just add a new server to the list?
I was not paying for RCON, since I don't normally use its service, but I can pay it for 1 month if it's needed for the transfer. But it is not clear if it does anything in that regard.

I picked up a non dedicated rust server yesterday and it’s not showing any updates to time played, or unique and first time players. It is updating the player count though. No time played for the people playing it and no update to server rank. I have RCON enabled. Is there an appropriate amount of time to wait, or is there an issue?
IP changed, Cant setup RCON to update info - Project Zomboid

API: Deleted ban still returned (Cache?)
Did some API testing earlier today, created and updated bans quite a lot.
Ban with ID
131706325 is deleted, but is still returned via the API.
Is this a caching bug? Or is there some way I can force fresh data from the API?...Solution:
That cached ban should be gone now.
Console Not Showing All Messages
My RCON console for Rust does not display everything that is shown in the console.

Atlas has a discord bot you can use to check steam id bm hours how do they do this and how can i replicate it
Solution:
You would use your own server via RCon's data, and the #api to pull it. Like LB said, there'd be custom formatting and their own records as well they could pull from, you'd have to recreate some functionality on your end maybe, in the discord bot that you'd also be writing.
Transaction Error
Trying to buy a prepaid subscription. Getting an error (PayPal Buyer Revoked Pre-Approved Payment Authorization). Guess it is because i used the "chancel subscription" button on paypal (now that I know I am not gonna use that option again).
Thing is, PayPal is my only payment option.

Player Proxy still getting through
Hello, I am using a trigger with "Player is Using Proxy" = True AND (NOT OR ip = geforce now ranges). However, it seems to still let a lot of VPN connections through, includign ranges I am excluding. Is this a known issue or can someone help me pinoint the problem? I can share the trigger if needed
