heya i had lost some skins back when the skin losing buck first came into the game and i later heard they got fixed but im still missing my pp19 and i still have the screenshots from back then when i first posted about it

but in pp19 case it was an issue on our end that is fixed but fix itself going to be in the upcoming update and unfortunately i don't have ETA
can i get this resolved?
I was under the influence of specific drinks, please understand that my case isn't any different to the people that say even more offensive stuff fallowing the discriminatory slurs etc... and the other people talking about politics and using slurs in those contexts daily in chat....

I know this is a common issue, but nothing I've done has fixed it. I've followed the steps in the troubleshooting documentation, as well as the first Steam discussion and Reddit post that comes up when I look up fixes for this.
