Easy anti cheat and two pcs

Hi there im Odin and me and my OF have been playing with battle bit. but for a time now we arent able to as easy anti cheat crashes the one PC and lags the other one out. i know what you are thinking it must be your PCs nope sent them off got them checked out and are fine. okay so it must be the internet you are using or the software on your pc other the easy anti cheat and you would be wrong. while playing the same game on different servers its fine different games its fine but when we are on the same server it restarts the one PC and lags out. i need some help i personally cant get hold of easy anti cheat but you as devs can. we really enjoy the game and wish to continue to play it but we cant. there might be something you guys can do with server ports or something....

I just bought this game and cant open it because of easy anti cheat issues.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled. I Followed a tutorial on how to solve it but it didnt work even when i did it multiple times and tried multiple ways to fix it. Is there a new solution I have not seen yet?

PROBLEM WITH THE OFFICIAL BRAZIL SERVER

Since June the official Brazil server has been having connection problems, displaying a constant red connection sign on the screen, even if the players' ping is green when pressing the TAB key. In fact, a red packet loss sign appears when shooting at the enemy as well. This has been happening to a lot of people. I often stop playing on the local server to play on the NA server, whose connection with a higher ping is better...

EAC issue

I have the issue, that when I launch the game it says that I have to have EAC installed and run it with the game which is happening. I already followed the instructions at https://docs.joinbattlebit.com/eac/make-sure-you-have-installed-easyanticheat-and-run-the-game-with-it but it´s still happening...

Solution:

steam servers are down, it should pass soon

Would it be possible to get a refund for Battlebit even though I have 70+ hours on the game?

No bullet holes in windows of heli.

So When I first started playing, as my heli was getting shot, there would be bullet holes in the windows showing where the window was shot and stuff. Currently, that doesnt happen on any of the helis I fly or am in. What could cause this>

Would shaders be allowed and if so what would the parameters need to be when i make it

Im a huge fan of low poly games with dynamic lighting and effects (think octopath travelers or those dynamic minecraft shaders). I wanted to know what would be the appropriate way of going about making a shader that would be allowed?

I was unfairly banned

I installed the game again and when I entered I was banned for 5 years, for "cheating", so I left the game and updated the anti cheat. Then I entered the game and the ban continues, I wanted to know why this happened since I only had discord open and I don't use cheats in the game, thanks for your attention @BattleBit ModMail
