Puzzling intermittent connection timeouts on Contabo VPS

I‘m currently trying to help out some people I know, who have issues with their server.
The Problem:
The server regularly kicks specific players and any players, that try to join after that point will not be able to, because the server cannot reach the Mojang authentication servers....
Velocity error
Hello. I have a Velocity 3.2 proxy connected to a few servers.
I set the proxy in offline-mode, so that people with cracked Minecraft can join.
Even though it's set as offline-mode, and I get the offline-mode warning on startup, my friends with cracked Minecraft cannot join as it gives them a Microsoft account error....
Random death location maps now starting to be given
im not too sure how they started being given out but they never were, but now they are.. Im assuming it was maybe an update but I dont know where. Has anyone ever run into this and knows what plugin or setting is causing these to be given out?

Plugin for antilag lobby
We are in the creation of an antilag lobby in our network, we are using multilobby, the detail here is that we are looking that in a certain way the proxy could detect users with high ping and this automatically send them to the lobby for low resources obviously after passing through the auth server, I do not know if there is any solution or plugin that you recommend for this to be done automatically and not make the user with high ping go to the normal lobby and from there he chooses the lobby...

Server crashing when players join
My server is crashing when a player joins. I'm currently testing to see if it's just one player or any players. No crash report generated. I'm gonna post the logs right before and right after, as the server restarts immediately.

Backup archive retention: How long?
How long should backup archives be kept? Are there any other best practices that override that duration, such as retaining the last backup of each version taken before the server was updated?
Geyser not working
Hello this is my first time using GeysersMC and floodgate just to make server for my friends so friends who play on consoles can connect. I think i did all correctly i allowed UDP 19132 and added port to pterodactyl network tab(i am using oracle free tier). But when running connectiontest command i get this:

How to hide commands with tabcomplete?
As you can see in the title, I dont want players to be able to see all the commands with tabcomplete. I do want them to be able to tab complete commands like /home, /spawn etc, the commands they need. But I dont want them to see commands that they dont have to use. Because that makes it very easy to see all the plugins in a server.

Need help, trying to host a Better Minecraft BMC3 (1.19.2) server at EnviroMC.
I need some guidance on how to set up the server. We're trying to import a world state from Aternos and have it run at EnviroMC. If someone can give me an in-depth guide on how to set it up, I'd be grateful. Override idle AI of non-rideable entity with a passenger?
So if you set the passenger of an entity that is not rideable by default, for example a chicken, the chicken wont wander around in its idle state, but will instead just stand still. It can still move by fleeing after being attacked and lured with seeds.
Does anyone know of any solutions to allow the chicken to freely wander around like normal?
I've already tried setting the top-most passenger to a chicken hoping it would control the AI of the bottom entity, but that doesn't seem to control the idle AI in any way....
