Moving a server from Paper to Fabric with Multiple Worlds

Hi there, I currently run a 1.19.4 Paper server that holds 2 extra worlds outside of the standard with the MyWorlds plugin. The worlds in question are a basic hub world and a Creative mod flat world, each having separate inventories outside of the main SMP's one. All I really understand about Fabric multiple worlds is it involves Datapacks, which I've some experience with. Would it be possible to move what we have currently across to Fabric on 1.20.1 or is Fabric really not built for such a server....

What CPU is best for MC servers

I am looking at some dedicated hosting and I was wondering what cpu to go with, I know single thread performance is important (aswell as atleast around 4 cores totall per server), besides that I am not sure what to pay attention to. How much does the Cache matter for example? im mostly split between amd 5 3600 or intel i5-13500...

I can only host 2 specific servers on 2 specific ports

I have 2 separate servers running on ports 25565 and 25566. They work fine. After updating the jar of the 25565 server, players outside the network can no longer connect to it (but I can locally). I tested it out, and not only are no other servers hosted on 25565 (one at a time, of course) available to the public, but no servers are accessible via any other ports. Crazy Lag

My server is always running at peak performance. Nobody ever has any lag, but me (the owner). I have ruled out everything. It's not my internet. It's not my computer resources. I don't know what the problem is, but I only lag when joining my server. Every other server is lag free for me. Server Suddenly Crashed and Won't Turn Back On, after Switching over to New Host

Edit: Still Not Resolved. EnviroMC applied a temporary fix but the issue happens again. My server files are fine. This is an issue with their end. I switched over from BloomHost to EnviroMC about 12 hours ago. It was running smoothly for some time. But then I experienced my first server crash, ever. I checked the "latest.log" in my server files, and nothing there screamed out to me. I'm unsure if that's because it didn't log the absolute final minutes before the crash? ...

Users failing to connect to server properly

We use a Waterfall proxy connecting to several Purpur servers. A handful of users consistently fail to properly log onto the server, generally regardless of current server traffic, while being able to connect to other servers and while others can connect to our server. What's the best place to start looking into it? I've attached an example screenshot and a list of plugins on the proxy.
