Auto Vanish
So, I just installed vanish no packet, and it works fine, but I have just one question. Is it possible to make it where when any player with op joins they are automatically vanished? I cant really catch hackers easily if I have to vanish after I join.
AFK Kicked
This might be a noob question, but when I go afk on my server, it kicks me and in the console it says "Timed Out". How do I make it so I don't get kicked for being afk?

Eclipse Memory Analyzer reports block state data as memory leak
My modded server has recently been running out of memory (30 Gb) every 5-30 minutes, no matter if there's 2 people online or 10. We have suspected a memory leak, so I used spark to create a heap dump, and sent it through the leak finder in Eclipse Memory Analyzer. The results (as can be seen in the attached image) report that the suspected leak is “net.minecraft.world.level.block.state.BlockState”. Is there anything I can do to optimize this or stop it from using so much memory?

In the process of compiling mods for a modpack, my server doesn't like to start up. How can I learn to read the logs to diagnose which mod is incompatible so I can get rid of it?

I get "if you wish to use ip forwarding please enable it in your bungeecord config as well" even though ip_forward is set to true and bungee mode set to true in spigot.yml. When i re-try i can join just fine. Sometimes it just does this.

Players cant connect to my server after version update
I'm running a 1.14.4 paper server that I just updated to 1.18.2. NOTHING else has changed apart from this update, however players can no longer connect to the server from outside the network.
Important things to note:
- The server works perfectly fine connecting via localhost
- When I switch back to the old 1.14 version, players can connect...
