server gets this error and lags a lot

Friend unable to join server "Connection timed out"

I started a server on my laptop using the server.JAR file the Mojang supplies, for Java 1.19.4. I've gone through all the port forwarding, and IP address hunting to make sure that I've got all the correct information to give to my friends and family members. However, during testing to make sure it actually works. Everyone other than myself were not able to connect due to the "connection timed out" error. Could someone please help me sort it out?? Continuous Purpur Thread Dumps, related to memory?

I keep having these weird thread dumps and OOM crashes on my server which are causing it to lock down entirely, requiring me to have to use the kill button in Pterodactyl. I have configured Aikars flags to limit the RAM usage of the server (I pay for 6 GB, Xmx is set to 5GB), and I've tried doing some profiling to no avail. All I know is that each thread dump referenced the UUID of one of our Admins who was just exploring. Any ideas? I'm at a loss, I really don't know what's going on at this point. I thought it may have been BlueMap because it's the most "resource intensive" thing I've done recently but I uninstalled that plugin and still have issues. Installing Java on Steam Deck issues

I have prism setup and ready to go. I need to run a forge 1.16.5 version but I need an older java. I have spent hours today trying to resolve this but I keep getting error messages that the folder /usr/bin/arxhlinux-java does not exist. I cant manually create it because the /usr/bin folder is read only. Heeeeeellllllp!!!!!!

Velocity/Paper Fabric Mod Detection/Blocking Plugins?

Are there any velocity plugins that do fabric mod detection and blocking? If not, is their any paper/spigot/bukkit plugins that can? (Don't want to put the plugin on every server but will if I have to) I am currently using client catcher (https://modrinth.com/plugin/clientcatcher) on my velocity network, but it cannot detect fabric mods (I assume this is because only forge sends the entire list of mods when joining?)

Geyser Bedrock Plugin Broken?

Hello, I recently updated my geyser plugin to 1.20.1, however now when players try to join from Bedrock they just see the sky without any commands or anything working, and then get disconnected with an "Abandoned Connection Closed" error. Is anyone else experiencing this and does anyone know a fix for this?

ItemsAdder / BetterRanks - Pixelated

Hi there. I'm trying to add a custom emoji as a prefix however i'm having trouble getting it to not be pixelated. I've tried with and without a gradient + Different colour layers to no avail. Any help at this point is valuable.. I've kept the emoji height to 9px as pointed out in the IA wiki.

Looking for a plugin that makes it so all loaded chunks recieve random ticks.

I want a plugin that gives the above functionality so that chunk loaders can be used on farms. I don't want a plugin that adds a command or custom block that loads chunks. I just want a plugin that can make loaded chunks recieve random ticks. Thank you!
