Hey, I'm looking for a 1.21.4 playtime plugin, with timeplayed milestones and ideally the possibility to import said milestones from another plugin, my current plugin is TDRPlaytime but it has stopped working with the latest update

Paper not generating a config folder
Im following this guide I found to get a general idea of how to configure the server to my liking but there is no config folder. Nor is there a paper-world-defaults.yml file. Maybe this guide is for a newer version*, I am not sure

How are you navigating the change with “more frequent updates” from minecraft
Hey there! Fellow server owner here.
How are you all navigating the changes in more frequent “drops” of minecraft updates? Our server is finding this to be very taxing considering these “more frequent drops” are adding content to chunk generation.
As a survival server we encourage exploration, but our dilemma is that already explored chunks arent going to get the updates. ...
Is this much lag normal?
I have this minecraft 1.21.4 paper server with <40 online players and we are getting intense lag, I was told our server specs should be able to handle this much players but I feel like I missed something up when setting up the server.

So me and my girlfriend are playing big chad guys plus with cobblemon we have a couple more cobblemon addons and such but while she used a waystone it disconnected her and now says this idk what or where to start at and we would love to not have to delete her character file as we have spent lots of time in this world
Vanilla jar doesn’t work, other jars do
I setup an smp for our friends using Purpur, but then we now want to experience non bugpatched Minecraft. I, the server owner, followed the guide of Purpur and moved all the world files correctly.
The vanilla jar with the correct version starts with the same memory flags and no gui. I tried connecting, but my client said “Out of memory!”. This signals my client is out of memory, but this doesn’t happen with the Purpur jar.
How would I fix this? The server console, on the other hand, is normal....

setting up minecraft server in pterodactyl ram issues
hey, i switched my host and bought a kvm, i now installed pterodactyl and i uploaded my minecraft server to it and used the default minecraft paper egg, now the issue is while starting the server the ram rises drastically to the limit (18GB ram) and then crashes due to out of memory, i also allocated 1GB of swap, the other host i used before i only had 16gb of ram in total and the server actually only uses ~6gb of ram

Not able to connect to server with velocity.
I am able to connect to my velocity server but it won't connect me to my lobby server.

Thunder fully disabled on server - no idea how
One of my players in my modpack has tried to create the Rod of Lightning from Iron's Spells, and mentioned to our admin team that he hasn't seen thunder in a long time. We hadn't noticed before so tried to use commands to force lightning (/weather thunder) but it only rains even when forced to be thunder. We then tried a few other methods including using /summon to strike a lightning rod, which made it flash white for a split-second before returning to normal non-storm state.
I went into Single Player on the pack and was able to successfully cause a storm using the weather command, so this has me stumped. Are there any mods/methods anyone knows of that entirely disable storms from occurring on a server without affecting rain?

Trying to exit from the nether using a nether portal, but it doesnt work. From overworld to nether it works. Multiverse names for worlds are- survivalworld, survivalworld_nether and survivalworld_the_end.
