When i use the app in fortnite fullscreen it doesnt work but when i change it into windowed it works why is it like this? is there a solution to use mechakeys on fortnite in fullscreen mode?

My leaderboard has a bug. Specifically, when I use my keyboard, the keycaps counting on the leaderboard is not functioning correctly, it doesn't go up as expected.
every day i close my laptop and mechakeys is not open, so i reopen it and it logged me out and it says no cheating meanwhile my laptop was closed and i was not on it
