I recently got my new skin but when I wanted to play this is how it looked on game, itโs not really a big problem but I want to solve it

I have proof that I don't use hacks 2 videos
I was looking in my gallery for videos to prove that I don't use exploits or something else. But I can't upload because of the 10mb limit on Discord. I can only put 2 photos from the 2 videos
banned
so i got banned because i used earth uproot, while i was doing the move i got knocked down while i was in the water, then it proceeds to glitch me under the map and continue the move which led to me getting banned
can anyone do anything about this...
Banned Without Reason
I haven't played the game for 2 days, and when I logged in I was banned for this reason? (first time seeing this) The account has mythical permissions so I hope someone will help me unban it

Why i got banned I last joined the game on March 15th and now I'm banned. Please explain what happened.
False ban?
I was falsely banned off combat warriors. I was banned for Exploiting even though i never did. I have proof that i wasnโt on my account on the time of the ban and that no one was using it. Thats every thing i have on that day. I Wouldnโt script as i know its stupid, Thats why i joined the discord.
I might just retire from this game.
they use exploits on my account they got me ban already appeal but it was denied so I can't do nothing they got my other accounts banned as well and I even got pictures of it and it's actually hurts me a lot since I was going to make contact of this game like others but no it always has to be someone else who ruins it like I just want have fun but is always and the funny thing is I met this person on the game they was like asking me if can I play on your account and I said yes I wanted to be nic...
