I got banned for nothing?

so I recently checked and realized I got banned from cw for exploiting I'm on console and it's not possible in the dm I see I was banned by being in some server that sells exploits which is not true because it only sells robux and r6 credits

It's a total lack of respect and responsibility on the part of the staff. Responding this way to players shows they aren't even open to dialogue or the possibility of improvement. Even worse is treating everyone as guilty without real evidence or individual review. That's not moderation, it's authoritarianism in disguise. The fact that: They ignore legitimate appeals, They use insults or generalizations like "you exploiters," They blame players for glitches in a system that clearly doesn't work......

Hello everyone, I know this post might surprise some of you, but personally, I want some of you to join me in reporting the game for scams. There are not only players using cheats, but also hackers. I'm saying this because I started investigating and decided to create a new account within Roblox, and I saw even more hackers and people using cheats in beginner servers — using auto parries, running fast, jumping high without using the actual super jump (are those cheats?), among other things. I also saw and confirmed that the game system itself is quite broken. I'm talking about the auto parries, super jumps, abrupt movements, and flying characters. On top of that, there are many videos out there showing how to use cheats and hacks. Thanks to those people and those videos, now there are more players using cheats or hacks than before....

Appeal denied without reviewing my clip

Hey, I just wanted to say something about my ban appeal. I really feel like the moderator didn’t even check my recording or give a proper response. I uploaded the clip to show I wasn’t exploiting, but my appeal got closed without any explanation or proof that it was even reviewed. I’ve spent over 4000 Robux on Combat Warriors and I’ve never used any hacks or scripts. My ping was just high, and I was being falsely accused by another player. I even started recording to prove I wasn’t cheating I’m not trying to argue or be rude I just feel really disheartened that everything I’ve put into this game was ignored. I love playing CW and I just want a fair chance. Please, if someone could actually review my video, that’s all I’m asking for...

unfair ban, i never joined an exploit server

Hello suunfair ban, rpport team, I wanted to make an appeal because I was falsely banned due to the BCRE error, I never broke any rules of the game or the Roblox community and I never used cheats, and since my appeal was denied, the reason given was that I was on some exploit server, but this is completely false, I can prove it by showing prints, without saying that I checked myself on the server today.

could these bans be related to bloxstrap? like changing fps through the bloxstrap settings which then gets flagged by the game's anticheat?

Today when I logged into the game I saw the ban for the well known reason “BCRE/49”, of course I went to file an appeal first thing, but it was rejected, saying that this is not considered an appeal. I have been permanently banned because I "abused the anti-cheat system." I have not used scripts. I've been playing CW for a long time, I'm from Xbox, I never used scripts or anything, I only did pvps.
