lost weapons

hi guys so i made a ticket a while back bc i lost all my weapons (kept all my other stuffs like data, skins, kdr, coins and aether) and had to buy 1/2 of it with the coins i had left. like i said, i made a ticket some time ago but they told me they can't do anything about it. is there really no way of restoring data, even coins? i can show playtime and stats if needed

Have they integrated a data restore system?

Data was lost because of their "amazing" christmas update, i have proof of weapons being previously owned with colors and enchants on them, im like level 200 with less than half of the weapon trees unlocked. is this restorable yet?
