When I joined the server for afk rewards on my phone and left it on overnight it said I been kicked for idle for 20 mins but it said it prevents kicks? How do I fix that

like bro everytime i try to get a player banned cause they are CLEARLY hacking it gets denied cauze the lack of proof even tho when i record a few min of him hacking it gets denied cuz they dont belive it EVEN THO the whole chat that hes hacking AND hes top scoring is wild to me, just add more active game moderators
