Dashboard glitch

I save adjustments in the dashboard, but they keep dissapearing, which makes me have to do them again all the time. This is really inconvenient. Can this be fixed?

server boosting

I have it set so that server boosting gets the person a 10% xp bonus is there a way to make it for double boosters a 20% xp bonus as they still have the same role which is server booster that gets the 10% xp bonus

Membergraph shows decimals

Shouldn't show decimals as it's impossible to have half a member, and doesn't make any sense for decimals to be there

Solution:

The scale of the graph automatically adjusts to make it legible. The member count only shifted by two, so the bottom of the graph is 115 and the top is 117. It automatically fills in the space between those numbers with decimals but if you look closely it never reads that .4 of a member has joined

Saving changes still doesn't work

Whenever I try to add a role or change the EXP multiplier for leveling, after hitting save it never works. I tried waiting some time before refreshing the page, still doesn't work, I tried everything and it still also doesn't work..

LEVEL SYSTEM

In the level function, there is a feature to increase xp percentage. So if there are multiple roles that increase xp percentage, will they stack up?

Solution:

No it will either choose the role that's higher in the hierarchy or it will choose the multiplier with the highest XP increase. You can toggle that with the option "Leveling Role Hierarchy/ Multiplier Value Priority"

Lurkr not removing auto-role given rank 1 when the leveled rank 2 is applied.

The way I have it set up rn is Lurkr auto-gives Rank 1 role after 5 minutes, but when the user chats enough to reach Rank 2 role at level 10, they end up having both ranks despite stacking turned off. How to fix this?

you need to make the auto role a leveling role reward as well

Role mention cooldown is not working properly

Recently role mention cooldown has started to ignore the 30 minute timer set, Lurkr still switches the mentionable permission but swithes it back immediately afterwards.

Role of the day

The role for having the most xp for the day does not seem to work

roles not being given to appropriate levels and daily top level

I set it up to have eight rolls for a different levels but every time someone joins or levels up, they do not get the appropriate role. I’m also not seeing anyone get level of the day can you help? Thank you. Also, people are supposed to get a certain role when they first join but they are not getting it.
