Global multiplier for Atlas

I have imported levels from Atlas but Lurkr gains levels quicker than Atlas. What is the global multiplier needed to match Atlas? It isn't mentioned on the docs alongside the other bots...

Lurkr not updating roles

So I jokingly kicked on of my users, so when he rejoined he had none of his leveling roles. He has now leveled up and has not received them back, but Lurkr still shows him as being on the leaderboard and being above the requirements for the role reward. It didn’t wipe his XP when he was kicked. Is it not supposed to update his roles when he levels up?

Question about importing levels

Bot doesn't seem to function

For some reason no one in my server is gaining XP or leveling up out of a sudden? It used to be working perfectly except for 1 person (which I still don't know why that happened), but now it doesn't work for anyone. How can I fix this?

Daily top leveling

So I'm confused about the daily top leveling config. Does the user get the role if they have the most xp in day or the user has the highest level so they get the role?

Failed to retrieve guilds

Hi there, I recently just shifted some of my servers around and I was going to setup the level roles, but when I clicked the dashboard button, it came up with the image attached. This has been happing for a few days now and I don't know what to do. I wonder if anyone else has this issue or it's just only affecting me.

Lurkr Isn't giving xp to most members

so most members (including myself) have stopped gaining xp due to an unknown bug. some of the members, like the new ones without a level role, are still getting xp. this happened suddenly and i dont know what to do

Server database migration

I want to migrate the levels from a nuked server to a new one, but I could only find documentation on how to export levels from lurkr, but now how to (re)import them. Since the new server is a replacement for the old one they mostly share member base. I own the old server and admin the new.

Disable High Role Reward Removal

Hello, having a problem with the configuration of role rewards: In the server where we have lurkr set up, we have a role that is gained both by boosters/donators AND by users reaching a certain level (40 in this case). The issue is that lurkr removes roles that it has inside of the role rewards on leveling up; meaning that everytime a booster that is below level 40 gains a role reward lesser than that, the role reward of level 40 is automatically removed, which we don't want for obvious reasons. The documentation doesn't provide any answer to this as far as i checked, and its a massive pain if we needed to reassign the role everytime they gain a different role reward....
