I can't spawn add-on vehicles

Hey there! I've been playing on RSM for a while, but I have not been on for a couple months. For some reason I can't spawn add-on cars, plus I lost all of my saved cars and peds :( If anyone can help that'd be awesome :)...

Can't connect

I can't connect to the server unlike before. Now it says that the connection was attempted 3 times and it failed.

Controller Problems

When ever i play on my controller like 10-20 minutes in it will just disconnect and stop working unless i close five m and go back to it
