so i try play with my friend and then i try spawn in a car ive got extended texture budget on max and I also have tried to clear my cache but my stuff doesnt spawn and i can't see other peoples cars please help
my game whenever i enter/leave meet zones and or just move around people in general, my ping will also sky rocket up more than usual making the game unplayable until it goes back to normal. any ideas why?
I always get wanted 1 star no matter what wanted level I type, I keep writing " /wanted 5 " and It says my wanted level is set to 5 but only get 1 star and sometimes they don't even spawn, and even after I kill officers Its still 1 star

I was just wondering how I can keybind the number pad.
I know for the main keyboard the process is: F8 then type in: Bind Keyboard 1 "e emote".
Not sure what you put for the number pad....
