the yamaha yzf 450 atv doesnt spawn

this vehicle doesnt spawn for me and never has, even when i have played on other freinds pc it does not spawn for me on this server, it is the only vehicle that doesnt spawn for me, thanks

Car wont spawn

Everytime i try to spawn 1JZR33 it wont spawn but all the other cars will its just this one car for some reason, and i see other people driving it to. It shows this message every time i try to spawn....

Whenever I left-click or press tab, the camera turns despite me not moving my mouse.

My 3rd person view is also messed up, but that didnt fit in the title. It cant be a problem with my hardware since this only started happening just now in game.
