Connection to CNL timed out

I keep getting timed out just 5 mins after I tried playing the game. Tried switching from Beta back to Release but without success. I am already using a VPN through ExitLag but I still get timed out.

Bind for Nitrous doesnt work on controller whilst it works on mnk

for months now i havent been able to use nitrous on controller , ive tried binding it to another but it just reads "???" whenever i press to bind .. I thought it could be controller but it works in other servers . boost works on mnk all fine .
