Remove the bounding box for Open Blocks creations

First request here....All of the newer modeling programs have gotten rid of the bounding box.. its a huge limitation/distraction and no longer needed for VR sculpting/modeling tools.

Add Native OB Shaders to imported Models

Cool feature would be to have the ability to add native OB shaders (and imported textures) to an imported model by layer.

Remove orbs in the background, native since tilt brush

There are random orbs that show in game since tiltbrush that are almost atmospheric and not connected to the skybox. They also show up in photos taken in game.

'Darkening' in the layers

Ohhh, I would so love to see 'Darkening' placed as a option in the layers, It would totally transform my 2D primary radiative images (yellow, red and blue) into a 3D world. I'm poor as dirt (the 3d stuff was almost cause for divorce!) but I'd offer a contribution of $200 if it could be added to Openbrush. Allow reordering of layers

Maybe I missed this somewhere, but is there a way to rearrange the layers. Like just press on it to move it down or up?

Pause animation when selected

Animated objects are hard to grab/move when they are moving around. Would be helpful to pause them when in selection mode, or alternately when specifically selected

Monoscopic 360 rendering

Please add a "monoscopic 360 rendering" between the existing options for offline camera path rendering. ODS rendering is not always the most suitable option for certain tasks, and it takes too long to render stereo just for take half of the top-bottom resulting clip.

Spatial proximity for audio/video

I'm curious if we have a mechanism for triggering a sound and/or video file based on proximity. Contextually I'm thinking about experience mode, or whatever it woud be when a visitor can navigate a scene by flight or walking An example might be a museum display where as a person approaches a painting embedded in the piece that this might activate the video frame or an audio description if its' an object or group...

Increase the brightness on the start screen

This has always been a bit dark, since TiltBrush, and think it may be helpful for the brightness to be turned up a bit. Will also help noobies who aren't yet aware of the lighting options in game.

Layer Transparency

Letting a layer be transparent would be helpful in refining and detailing a 3d sketch.

Animation Control, non-looping

Idea is to have a stop button on the animation tool (speed =0), so the object just stays put. For instance I might want to have an object start at a location, go somewhere and stay there. (particularly useful since we cant really time animation paths well yet)
This would enable an object to move, but also be in a predictable location if the camera swings back around, which has uses. Also helpful for doing something like zooming a camera in on a video or image and then staying put instead of crawling forward. Currently you can go to .1 or similar, but not stop moving. ...

Prevent selecting camera path unless camera path panel is open

This makes sense. I just wonder if the camera path should be entirely invisible if the panel is closed. Is it confusing for the user to have something visible that they can't select? Especially when combined with the inability to grab things not on the current layer (another separate request that I'm considering) i.e.:...

The ability to access photos in game

It would be a great addition to be able to see and access photos and vids shot in game to use in another sketch on the fly instead of having to move the photos to the media library offline to use them in a sketch

The ability to shoot spatial photos and videos as well as using them in game. Ability to use HEIC as well.

Improved Video panel controls

I'd like to see the speed icon, camera, control points to be only selectable if the icon is activated.
It's challenging to select the different elements on the timeline, particularly at the start of the path where they are all active and in the same place. This should limit issues with having a perfect line worked out and it getting bumped, dragged, or having to delete elements so you can access them. Additionally (advanced controls)...

Support export of Point Clouds

The current exporter doesn't include any 3d models in the exported file. A new exporter is being worked on but in my testing it doesn't handle point clouds. More investigation is needed but this is a place to record and discuss progress

ability to show openbrush models in augmented reality with marker based tracking

Currently using blink for this which is great but I fear they will not ever fully support OpenBrush except original tiltbrush brushes

Camera or hmd simulation

Suggestion for camera simulation mode which would help anyone wishing to use OB for XR design with specific headsets ie UX, menu or AR. This could also help with performnce where an artist need to be able to see what area of their HMD matches the image on the PC screen or recording a tutorial and needing to know if the recording can see what the artist sees for instructional learning. Doesnt have to mask out any painting that isnt in the safe zone, could just be a simple white box that appears in the hmd like a viewfinder on a camera ...

Remember the last setting

Consider adding a feature that will allow OB to remember settings accross settings. This could be for colour pallet, spectator camera setup and left hand modules and their positioning?...
