audio comes and goes when playing CP2077 on heroic

As per title, when I play a game the audio comes and goes. I'm on nvidia drivers 580.95 and when I was on 535 it didn't happen. Should I do a clean install of the drivers? How can I do that?

Rocket League won't launch

Hi. For a couple of days now, Heroic has failed to launch any game, with the same error every time, relative to drivers. Heroic does not crash. On game launch, the game goes through "Launching" and "Playing", but no window is created. Then it goes back to neutral. I have not noticed any issue or error with my Nvidia drivers, everything is up to date, steam games work properly. ...

Solution:

Well, the solution to that is "Don't use Wine-GE"

Whenever I m on steam my internet access is bnasically restricted.

I m on a mac Mini with m4, I installed steam via Heroic, I open steam log in with no issues, But when I try to install a game I get basically 100bits/s, not even Kb, I don t know what to do. Even in whisky, whenever I try add a new steam instance and install it, I get a notification that I need to check my connection as it seems like I have no internet. I fucking have, i m so frustrated I don t know what to fucking do please help 🙁...

Trying to download on mac

Have left it open for a while but hasn’t gotten anywhere but 45 mbs, I’m trying to download dispatch and i downloaded the steam for windows so i could run it and have it but i cant seem to actually get it to download, am i doin somethin wrong?

CyberPunk 2077 Black Screen

Hi, I have been trying to run this game consistently however most of the times I try to launch it a get stuck in a black screen without audio. I got the latest proton installed and even tried resetting heroic to default, Changing Nvidia drivers, and checking for updates. Please help.

Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition doesn't launch

I have downloaded the Linux version of BGEE via Heroic Games Launcher, and when I try to launch the game, I'm getting this message : "Steam Runtime is enabled, but no runtimes could be found. Make sure Steam is installed". I do have Steam installed, so what else do I need to do in order to run the game?

Transport Fever 2 (gog) settings & User files missing

So when i install the linux version via Heroic it is not creating the settings files or the User files or they are in the incorrect place, I have installed the game with bash and that creates the files in the games root directory, however this shows as a different user and does not allow for continuing previous save games. Also I have installed the windows version with heroic and the same thing happens, no .lua files are created for the user and settings. ...

autosync doesn't work in SteamOS Game Mode

When I'm playing GOG games on my Steam Deck via the shortcut made by Heroic, the autosync setting seems to be ignored. If I launch the game from Heroic itself it works exactly as it should, but not if I use the generated Steam shortcut and I instead have to go and manually upload/download my save files (which defeats the point of having the autosync enabled). This wouldn't be such a big deal if Heroic itself wasn't difficult to navigate with a controller (namely getting to the next row of game in the list requires pressing down multiple time for it to actually start scrolling bit by bit)....
