If I am spoofing on one divice but then I log into the same act on a different device that doesn’t have a spoof does the cooldown rule still apply?

question about safety of spoofing in 2023?

i know spoofing is never 100% safe, but i remember a while ago (2020?) POGO made an update making it significantly easier to get caught spoofing. that was how i got my first strike and i just want to know if theres been a workaround to that since, because i want to get back into it but wont do it on my main account if there hasnt been a workaround yet. thanks!!
