Blue maintenance screen for a week now network error and back to maintenance screen

So I got the ban for encounters last week. It lasted for a week but now it has become spotty log ins. When i do get in it works for a minute if i am lucky and then all spawns stop and network error in gyms or spinning stops. Refreshing gets me locked back out and back to the maintenance screen for hours. has anyone found a fix for this?

Fast way to show pokemon?

Whats a fast way to show ingame pokemon and gyms and pokestops and stuff after teleporting? It usually takes me around 30-60 seconds for it to all load after teleporting.

Are shinies just specific to one person? Or if a shiny spawns to one person others can get it? Just like how hundos work.

Login Issue

I'm trying to log into Pokemon GO and I click "sign in with Apple" but before the prompt to enter my password comes up there is a prompt saying "Unable to authenticate. Please try again later." I also tried signing in with Google and Facebook but before the login prompt even came up it also gave the error message. What do I do? (I'm on iOS)

Pgsharp+ invoice

I have a question, less than a month ago I bought pgsharp+ (a better version of the pokemon go mod) for five dollars. Every now and then I get some invoices (I don't know what they are) to pay, today the second one came. You have to pay five dollars. I don't want to pay them, but I don't know if I will incur any costs if I don't. Please reply.

How To Know If Banned?

Acc doesnt say its banned but just keeps getting blue maintenance screen and failed to log in retry screen Had this for full 24 hrs 1-2x now this time it lasted 7 days which was great bc i was able to log on but now its back to the same thing again, ALSO i was able to log on twice, both randomly timed, then just shortly after tried to refresh screen and just locked out again, ONLY on main acc, does this happen all other 8 alts work fine....
