Stuck on Try Again for 2+ hours

Was playing fine until this morning , couldn’t auto spin or physically spin stops. Left the tablet on and drove out for lunch. Came back 2 almost 3 hours later and it’s still stuck on try again. Can still catch but can’t spin for pokeballs.

Spoofing

I have been spoofing with pgsharp for a while back then. I started to spoof again last month or 2 months ago and I got a 7day strike Monday but within 4 or 5 days it got removed and I heard that false bans have been going around maybe they thought I was a legit player and unbanned me? Is it safe to spoof again?

30 day ban for no reason

I literally was just walking around my city playing, i got into an elevator and lost GPS signal for some seconds... After getting out the elevator my GPS signal was restored but my account banned! I dont spoof, I have never downloaded any 3rd party programs or anything, yet after contacting Niantic support many times, they claim that im using modifications and unauthorized methods of gameplay and their decision is final.. Please someone help!

zorua issue

I caught a 100 iv zorua, at least that's what the cord and catch screen said, but i caught it after it despawned, then when i checked it wasnt 100 ivs nor the correct level m confused is this a zorua only issue?
