Tipi tries to generate Certificates for local IPs(?)

I have observed an issue in last few weeks that even though there are app updates pushed in GitHub, one of my runtipi instance just doesn't show any updates at all. The app is working fine but there are no updates. There is virtually no difference in my tow instances. How do I debug and fix this.
HTTPS with Tailscale certs & TS domain

Help in setting up local domain in wifi
Currently on my tipi setup, the local domain is set to tipi.lan & for an application like immich, the URL is configured to
immich.tipi.lan.
But unfortunately, on hitting the domain unknown host. I understand that usually domains like these are setup using mdns & avahi on say ubuntu installs. I don't see any code relating to avahi in runtipi org.
How can I go about fixing this?...Help with running Baszel

Updated Immich to 1.111.0, but still running 1.108.0
Hello everyone,
Following the discussion here : https://discord.com/channels/976934649643294750/1268875108970266644, I have updated my Immich instance which was running 1.108.0 to 1.111.0.
I don't have a high performance machine so it took a lot of time to upgrade.
Tipi is displaying that the version in use is 1.111.0, but when I connect to Immich, it is still running 1.108.0.
I'm not really sure what to do, maybe I can just wait for a new version to come (e.g 1.112.0) and try to update at that time. But if I want to update manually to 1.111.0 right now, I don't think I have other choice than deleting and reinstalling the app and losing my photos....

Traefik Config reverts after "./runtipi-cli restart"
Hello, I am trying to set up DNS Challange with CloudFlare API. I follows the steps on the runtipi documentation website. I am able to create the .yml file
Once I was done editing the treafik.yml with the correct information for "cloudflare" and the email, etc, I then restart runtipi with the command "sudo ./runtipi-cli restart".
After the restart I check the traefik.yml to see the changes were reverted. What am I doing wrong? I'm doing exactly what the documentation says. ...
Add Custom FQDN for Additional Host
I'm trying to have a Wings instance on my machine which I'm managing through Tipi. Tipi is using my machine on port 80/443 and thus I'm unable to use things like Certbot (right?). Tipi is generating SSLs for the apps without issue but I'm struggling to understand how I can generate (and renew) SSLs for custom FQDNs.
My Tipi instance runs on tipi.domain.com, I want another entrypoint on wings.domain.com which also requires an SSL to be generated, please help me understand how I can make this work!...

Docker compose fails after reboot
Part of this problem is not Tipi. I am running this on VmWare and when I shut the Ubuntu server down I think the system does not allow enough time for docker to shut down leading to file errors. I fixed the file errors with fsck but after reboot the server starts, tipi starts, other tipi apps start but plex does not start with this error
