What does your build config look like?
the issue is probably a file that is too large (max file size is 25 MiB)
Oh is it one of these repos that builds something that is too big but doesn't use them
yup the .dart_tool folder

It already is. Try adding
&& rm -rf .dart_tool/ at the end of your build commandoh man we need to fix that bug
