Jis absolutely safe to call in the critical path? ie in places where it can never hang or throw? there are a few places where i'd like to add metrics but have deferred for now since they are in critical spots. I don't always have in hand

JAnyone know what the current limits for writing are per worker invocation? Say I wanted to do ~450... would that be viable?

SSwe do have limits for how many times you can write from a single worker invocation -- we should document what that isI don't think it's been documented yet but ItsJulian was limited to 100
