how do i go back to an older version of tmodloader?

I reloaded old backups from April of this year after redownloading, and was greeted with messages like this

you should remove those 1.3 mods off of your 1.4 mods folder though

by any chance if you want to go back to a previous 1.4 build or 1.3

here's a guide for both :
1.3 legacy : go to manage properties, betas, none, 1.3-legacy
previous build : go to tmodloader github and releases, and then follow the manual installation guide
