Can't update my mod

i've been trying to update my mod for three days and the version on steam workshop is frozen. why?

i witness the number in the right-bottom corner to hit 100% and pop up the workshop page for me but the version is still frozen

i reinstalled both terraria and tml and got this fixed. thank you anyway
