neighbour issue
npc houses right above each other and the banners being within 4 tiles. The npcs do not consider each other neighbours though
does this have to do with the current state of the tmodloader?

they still consider as neighbors iirc, as long as it isnt over 3 npcs in one town the solitude message will be said
also dryad and zoologist dont have anything to say in common(?) so they dont say any special lines from either side

if the npcs are neutral towards each other and there is ≤ than 2 other npcs within 25 tiles and ≤ 3 other npcs within 120 tiles, they will not say anything regarding the other npc
