appears to be in saveconfig. Not sure how to disable mods without being able to start tmodloader itself Note: error started after enabling "disable forced screen size" (something like that) with 3kx1k resolution

From client.log, right before first error

ok, yeah, the textures themselves aren't rated above 4k proper to my knowledge - meaning disabling 'forced screen size' may lead to bugs (which really is only a zoom-out in-game). for your issue awesome, if you can't launch anymore, go to My Documents / My Games / Terraria / tModLoader and edit config.json directly to disable that again To close this one off: Preview isn't working for Mac users and some windows users. One of our libraries went bust, glad we delay updates to stable by a month at least. Use Stable (default) in the interim while we look in to it

I changed "RemoveForcedMinimumZoom" to "false" and "true", error remains either way

try deleting config.json? maybe that will clear out whatever is there? offhand, not sure what issue is, the error is looks to be cascading, which leaves more than one option

deleted config.json, loaded fine, changed resolution (only resolution), saved&exited, error on launch

hmm. That's concerning. I'll keep looking - I was told of another issue related to window size, so I'll keep this in mind

thanks for your efforts. I'll go do other things for now, hopefully the issue can be found and addressed
