Tmodloader won’t launch on steam
When I click start the black script thing pops up for about 2 seconds then turning off resulting in the game not starting, this has happened many times whenever i try and load it up. Couple things to note i first started tmodloader on my laptop and now im on pc. I have tried uninstalling the game, but zero success. I own regular terraria with over 300 hours which has been loaded up on my pc and works perfectly fine. I had 300 hours of terraria calamity. I have tried verifying the games files, and changing launch options with no success.

Welcome to #support-forum. Before someone helps you, please first consult the information in #TML Troubleshooting Guide and try all the suggestions that might fit your particular issue, especially in the linked FAQ page.
If the information in the pinned thread does not solve your issue, please post all log files by dragging and dropping them into this chat. In Steam right click on
tModLoader
in the library, then hover over Manage
and click on Browse local files
. In the folder that appears find tModLoader-Logs
and open that folder. Inside that folder are the logs files. Select them all except the Old
folder and drag them into this chat. Why are you saying this to begin with

Either way, I don’t think any of the fixes there will do anything
Did you follow the steps for deleting the dot net folder?
(I'm off to sleep and won't respond)
I don’t have the dotnet/share folder
Should I honestly just uninstall the whole thing every file and get them back via one drive?
Bc again my laptop turns it on perfectly

These are my tmodloader laptop files which are slighty different
For what ever reason i lack the terrariasteamclient file on my pc
To me the issue appears i lack the real files on my pc
Anyone have any fixes?
This issue has been fixed by myself. The issue was the lack of files for tmodloader, as if terraria was linked with tmodloader on my pc. The fix was deleting every file for both game
