constant microstuttering after last update

Since the last update the game feels laggy and there is some noticeable input lag. The FPS is 100-120 but feels like 30 fps. I went over every setting and nothing was changed. Didn't install new apps. And ping is as good as it was.

Anyone have this issue? If so and you have a solution please share
