I got 2 monitors, but in game when i move the mouse to the left it goes to the another screen

I got 2 monitors, but in game when i move the mouse to the left it goes to the another screen and it doesn't even let me play normal lol
some people said turn off the other monitor but i can't cuz im used to do all my stuff with dual monitors
anyone know how to fix?
BTW windows 11 22h2 latest update
