My game is always crashing...

Im having some issues with my game. It crashes really often when im in a Match and i get connection error (VAL -1). But my internet connection is very good and my pc specs too.
Or when i try to clip something with shadowplay it crashes too after a lag.
Somtimes then especially ingame i get a freezed screen for 3-5sec and game crashes.
I dont know what to do to fix it. I already resetted my pc etc.
