valorant barely using gpu and cpu, low fps

specs:
cpu: 5600
gpu: 6600xt
ram: 16gb
no oc

Only got around max 140 FPS with avg 90 FPS when I was getting 240 steady yesterday with a cap

its peaking to like 800fps but then when i leave it there it just does 75fps

solved it, radeon chill was somehow 'on' even though set to off
