My $900 valorant account has been falsely banned. Help!
I was just casually playing with my friends, then suddenly I received a permaban notice because I supposingly "used third party applications" and that "this action is irreversible"
The thing is, the only applications thats running in the background was Discord and TRN Tracker network, which is recognisable by VALORANT.
I have written a ticket to riot and have waited 48 hours for their response, but I had also heard stories that riot will keep the wrongly accounts banned. How likely will my account remain banned? And does valorant support work on weekends?
