FPS Lag only in Unrated or Rated but smooth in Deathmatch

My FPS drops really to a real low in Unrated 5v5 games but is perfect in Deathmatch. My specs are 12 gb RAM, NVIDIA GTX 950M , 256 GB SSD. Please help its really frustrating.
