how to fix valorant not responding on load screen

hi guys! have any of you guys had a bug where you launch valorant and it stops at the loading screen and stops responding? if you guys have, can you lmk how you fixed it? i tried restarting, task managering, admister run, uninstall and reinstall, and it still doesn't work. ty!
