Stuttering FPS after the new ACT and UI updates
Ever since the new update came out i've been having stuttering fps out of nowhere it didn't happen before the new Act and I lock my FPS at 144 and it's constant and no stuttering, I can even run it higher and had no problems. The new update made me FPS stutter.
