Permanent Ban
I just logged onto my account and was given the message that my account was permanently banned due to the third party applications. The only third party application I have downloaded was Valorant CC to change the color of my crosshair. I recently came back to play valorant after taking a break for 1 month and only played deathmatches to get myself situated in the game again. I have submitted a ticket thought the riot games website and was wondering is this happening to anyone else? Is there anything I can do to get my account back from a permanent suspension?
