Valorant lag spikes

I play in kr server (am in korea rn too) and my game kinda lags every 5 seconds. My pings at like 10 most of the time but I get the "network issue" mark on the top right of my screen. My wifi is 3g or 4g I think. I don't have any other background apps running (except g hub). Is there a way to stop having these lags? Other things like school works, google, youtube all loads fine. It's just valorant that has these lags. It's not due to my computer as well, because it used to not have these lags in the house I lived before.
