Why don't overlays load while viewing live stream on PC or on extension configuration screen?
This issue seems to be related to your computer, operating system, or browser settings and maybe your Twitch account itself. If you are experiencing this issue, please try the following:
1. If the time or timezone on your PC is incorrect, try correcting and configuring the time and timezone on your PC. It is recommended to let your OS to set the time and time zone automatically.
2. Sign out of Twitch, clear your browser cache, sign back into Twitch and try again.
3. Try another extension, such as the Prime Subscription and Loot Reminder extension: https://dashboard.twitch.tv/extensions/d4uvtfdr04uq6raoenvj7m86gdk16v. If this extension also does not work, please contact Twitch Support: https://help.twitch.tv/s/contactsupport.
4. Try again on a difference device, such as a mobile browser in desktop mode. If this works and you are able to choose an overlay from the extension configuration screen on another device, your overlay will still not load on your computer, but it will load for others.
