My valorant keep breaking my pc

I have a omen 15 gaming laptop with 8gb of ram, my CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics and it should be more than enough to run valorant however recently my frames keep spiking up and down to 40 FPS (I usually have around 140-180 FPS and If I play for a long period of time my game would stay on 30 FPS and my audio would lag as well. This issue would resolve after I restart my PC.
