VAL ACCOUNT GOT HACKED!!!

Hi i'm looking for a RIOT anybody who can help me!
My email and password and username were all just changed for my RIOT ID and I have no idea what to do!
I can't submit a ticket for account recovery because the hacker changed my username. PLEASE RIOT SOMEONE I need help. I only hit Bronze 2 yesterday PLEASE
