Valorant Not LaunchingVery Delayed

Hi, so Valorant has been a pain in my ass recently. When I launch valorant, it will be on the loading screen forever, and when it does load, everything is super slow then my whole pc crashes. All my other games work fine, I have updated drivers, windows, reinstalled Valorant, I dont have MSI afterburner or RTSS, and have tried literally everything. PLEASE HELP ME.
